Masjid AlNoor in St. John's, NL, Canada was built in 1990 to cater to the spiritual needs of approximately 100 Muslims at that time. During the last 3 decades, St. John's has experienced substantial growth in its Muslim population. Masjid AlNoor is in dire need of expansion and renovation to have its prayer area expanded. Our planned tasks and estimated budget is $250,000.
We are requesting donations to undertake the above project. MANAL is a registered charity with the Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) and MANAL will issue receipts for tax receipt purposes.
