Dear Brothers and Sisters,

Assalamu Alaikum

We are pleased to inform you that, starting from this Monday, March 29th, our mosque will insha'Allah be reopening for Fajr and Isha prayers.

As per the new public health restrictions under the new Alert Level 2, only a maximum of 50 people (including brothers AND sisters) will be allowed for each congregational prayer.

Anyone who is 12 years and older may attend these daily prayers if they:

  • are feeling well and not showing Covid-19 symptoms
  • have not traveled in the last 14 days
  • have not come in contact with a case of Covid-19 in the last 14 days
  • are not required to self isolate by public health authorities

When coming to and attending the mosque, please make sure to:

  • have wudu at home (no wudu will be allowed at mosque washrooms)
  • bring your own mask and prayer mat
  • enter from the main door
  • register at the main entrance by signing your name and contact information
  • place your shoes in a plastic bag and keep them with you
  • sanitize your hands as you enter and leave
  • keep physical distancing and avoid socializing (no handshaking or hugging)
  • never smoke in and around mosque premises
  • never consume, offer or share food
  • exit from the back door in an orderly fashion as soon as the prayer is over
  • respectfully follow the instructions of our volunteers

Also please stay tuned for our upcoming announcements regarding Ramadan arrangements.
